Probably still not satisfied with the
economists’ performance, the industry set up an economic experts witness team orientation and media training program in
1988, attended by employees of the
Tobacco Institute, and by the core members of the economists network
Robert Tollison and James Savarese moderated the session utilization of economic witness team
Tollison and TI-employee Debbie Schoonmaker moderated the session research programs
